Teacher. Author. Truth Seeker.
“After two decades of searching, I admit that there is still plenty of searching to be done, but many lessons and points of view were learned along the way.”
Scott Weibling is a self-published author and former high school teacher. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio and graduated from Boardman High School. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and a Masters Degree in Education from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Scott taught American Government and History at Harding High School in Marion, Ohio.
However, at the age of 41 and after 15 years of teaching, he resigned from his position to pursue a different calling; a calling for him to write about and discuss subject matter that genuinely interests him, subject matter of a more spiritual nature.
As many of his close friends put it, ever since temporarily dropping out of college to spend a year in the Rockies in Winter Park, Colorado, Scott has been on a quest to “find himself.” After
two decades of searching, he admits that there is still plenty of searching to be done, but many lessons and points of view were learned along the way.
River Guide is his first effort to share with you those lessons and perspectives.
Scott shares his life with his wife, Michelle and their four children, Devin, Abbie, Carter, and Jackson.
The more we believe, and the more we trust, and the more we learn, the clearer it becomes that there is but one choice to make.
